The results of a two-year study demonstrate decompression with coflex interlaminar stabilisation extends the durability and sustainability of a decompression procedure. coflex is the first and only motion-preserving, minimally-invasive treatment approved for moderate to severe spinal stenosis post-decompression.
Positive top-line Phase 3 results announced for Taltz in ankylosing spondylitis
Taltz (ixekizumab) met the primary and all key secondary endpoints in COAST-V, a Phase 3 study evaluating the safety and efficacy of Taltz for the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis, also known as radiographic axial spondyloarthritis. The trial included a placebo arm and an active control arm (adalimumab) for comparison with placebo, and studied patients who had never received a biologic disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drug.
